Baby Don't EARTH Me.
This game was developed for the Godot Wild Jam 67. The theme was Parasite.
Humans are infesting a new world! Take control of the elements and unleash earthquakes, volcanoes, and storms to defend your planet. Stop the human plague before they leave to pollute another paradise! Are you the Planet's last hope?
How To Play
- You play as the Planet. To win the game, complete the 3 missions shown on the top right of the screen.
- Human Parasites are infecting your Planet! They came and built cities all around the globe, in which they're working to discover new technologies... If the Parasites succeed to discover their 3rd Technology, they will depart for another planet and you will lose the game. You must stop this terrible infection!
- To stop the Parasites, use the power of your Planet: cause a Natural Disaster to stop the ongoing research in a city and reduce the Parasites number.
The higher the Pollution Level caused by the Parasites (represented as a progress bar on the left of the screen), the more powerful the Disasters become!
Controls
Use your MOUSE to play the game:
- RIGHT CLICK or MIDDLE-WHEEL CLICK to rotate the Planet.
- MIDDLE-WHEEL ROTATION to zoom.
- LEFT CLICK to activate the Natural Disaster and to select the Upgrades.
- The VOLUME of the music and the sound effects can be tuned in the Options menu, in the starting page.

Credits
The game was developed using Godot 4.2. Visual assets were made in Krita, GIMP, and Blender 4.0. Music and sound effects were made in Surge XT and Cakewalk. Everything you see, hear and experience in the game has been made with love (and sweat) by the four of us, within the jam period of 9 days.
The only exception is the font Saira, by Omnibus Type, under the Open Font License.
Strategy Tips
- Resist the urge to spam disasters!
- Upgrading each element to level 2 significantly reduces the disaster cooldown time.
- Remember, Tsunami can only hit one city at a time, but it has the shortest cooldown time.
Choose wisely!

This game was a lot of fun! Loved how you had to stop the 'parasites' from polluting Earth. It took me about 4 tries before I understood what I had to do to win. Loved the winning conditions and different disasters to use. When the pollution started to get crazy the turning of Earth got a bit janky. Other than that I enjoyed the game!

Wow, thank you so much, it's so nice to see someone enjoying our little game! And let me say it, you did pretty well in winning twice in a row ;)
Also, having a gameplay video is such a precious feedback for us, because it allows to see what does work and what to improve. So again, thanks for your contribution, and good luck for your YouTube adventure!

Wow, thanks!
Maybe it wasn't very clear, but you can rotate the planet; the objective is to stop cities with ongoing researches :)
In any case, we're glad that you tried our game!
Ps. May I ask you to post a link to our game in the description? We put a lot of efforts in it, and we would be happy if others could play it. Thanks ^-^
